The initial phase involved a discovery meeting to uncover the target market and understand the prospective customer/user. Key takeaways from that survey are shown below.
- Many working from home have fallen into unhealthy eating patterns, especially after the pandemic.
- Remote workers (for a relatively large portion) would like a quick solution to the ’feeding problem’ that doesn’t take away from their work time and helps them “not have to think about it”. A lot of them would not mind paying once a month and then not having to think about what’s for lunch—or any meal.
- The assessment revealed that most people with this problem are within the 20-40 age bracket and work from home.
I created user personas so as to understand more about the user's problems and build a strategic brand position to cater to those needs
After developing a personal relationship with the brand, researching the competition and examining the problems faced by the target market, I began the design. I developed the logotypes, colour and typography, brand system, and general guidelines for usage of the brand assets.
