Liyah's sought to serve a diverse target market, including residential homes, offices, senior homes, hospitals, and Airbnbs. The age range encompassed individuals from 20 to 70 years old.
The rebranding initiative was guided by the core values of Quality, Integrity, Reliability, Sustainability, Respect, and Continuous Improvement.
Liyah's strategic focus was on two key sectors, Airbnbs and Hospitals. To connect with these spaces, we honed in on personas that resonated with these domains. Among them, we found doctors, young adults, and individuals in their 40s who owned or managed these spaces.
Having this knowledge, it became key to craft a logomark and identity that speaks to these groups without marginalizing or prioritizing one over the other.
This required the design to tread the line and balance between clear and approachable, visualising their intended stance as industry-leading without alienating the clients they intend to attract.
